With a background in psychology, social work, and expressive arts, she meets each person where they are and tailors therapy to their unique needs. She has led mental-health initiatives across Canada, supporting youth in Indigenous communities, facilitating corporate wellness programs, and offering one-on-one counseling for individuals seeking clarity and emotional balance. Ashley blends evidence-based therapy (CBT, ACT, EFT, SFT, mindfulness) with creative expression. With 15+ years teaching art, dance, and yoga—including performing and a Netflix feature—she helps people explore their emotions through movement or art when words are hard to find. Behind her work is a belief that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and safe to express ourselves.
