Visit the Counsellor Directory at app.healthymindtherapy.ca/counselors to browse verified mental health professionals in Ontario. You can filter by specialty (anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc.), modality (virtual, in-person, telephone), and whether they are accepting new clients.

Is Healthy Mind available across Ontario?

Yes. Healthy Mind serves all of Ontario, Canada. Many counsellors offer virtual sessions accessible from anywhere in the province. In-person sessions are available in major cities including Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, and more.

What wellness features does Healthy Mind offer?
